Often people ask the question, to themesleves or others, under a given circumstance or a situation, what a guru/preacher would say or do! Or what would their religion say about it!
Such questions have been asked to Ajahn Brahmavamso from all over the world. Ajahn Brahm, a British monk answers all those questions with a great sense of humour (and compassion) in his Friday talks (available at this site free of charge). Various topics are covered here - Buddhist attitudes towards this and that.
My 12 year old calls him a very funny monk, a standup comedy monk. At this website, you will find talks by other teachers as well. When not travelling, he lives and teaches at Western Australia.
