An Un-rhymed Sonnet on Taxes

Taxes! Taxes!! Taxes!!!
Thinking and worrying about it
Takes a toll on me!
For ten months it's about filing income tax
For two months it's about paying property Tax
That makes up a year .. year after year!

Taxes! Oh! Taxes!!
Why not pay on taxes on time
And file returns on time!
Why keep property, and pay taxes on them,
When they earn little or nothing!
And when they have ceased to appreciate!

Taxes! Oh! Taxes!!
You take a toll on me!
